Data deletion and account information
Lulla works without creating an account. There is no online Lulla account or care-record database on a Zenova Apps server. Use the steps below to manage records stored on your device.
Delete care records
- Open Settings in Lulla.
- Choose Privacy & data → Delete all logs.
- Confirm with Delete all.
This removes care records for every baby profile, including active and paused timer records, from the local database. It cannot be undone. Baby names, birth dates, app preferences, Pro/trial/reward access information and temporary export files remain. Previously displayed reminders may need to be dismissed separately.
Remove all local data, including profiles and settings
Use Android Settings → Apps → Lulla → Storage → Clear data / Clear storage. Menu names vary by device. This removes local profiles, records, preferences and the app cache. Uninstalling without choosing to keep app data also removes the app's local data.
Backups and shared files
Deleting one record in History only marks it as deleted so it can be undone. Use the full-log deletion above to remove event rows. If you shared PDF/CSV files, separately remove copies from the destination application, folder or cloud service.
If Android backup is enabled, older records may remain in a backup and may be restored after installation. Manage backups separately through your device's Google backup settings and Google account. Zenova Apps cannot access or delete these backups for you.
Google Play subscriptions and Google data
Clearing app data or uninstalling does not cancel a subscription. Manage your Google Play subscriptions separately. Google's payment records and advertising-service data follow Google's retention rules; use Google's data and privacy controls.

Contact zenovaappsteam@gmail.com. Mention Lulla and the action you need help with. Do not send baby or health records. You can request help by email, but we cannot remotely delete care records held on your device. You may also use this address for access or deletion requests concerning emails you have sent us.
