• Include the game version, Android version, device model, language, affected screen and exact steps to reproduce the issue.
• Remove e-mail addresses, notification content and other private information from screenshots.
• Never send a password, access token, purchase token, advertising identifier or payment-card information.

Account and deletion help

Use Settings > Account inside the game for profile, password, data-export and account-deletion actions. If the app is unavailable, follow the public deletion instructions on this website and write from the e-mail address associated with the account.
