Device-only use
Core daily tools can hold preferences and activity state on the device. Clearing app storage removes this current local state.
Optional account features
When an account is used, account profile, settings, learning activity, favourites and entitlement links can be stored for the service.
Retention boundaries
Completed shared activities can retain an anonymous participant reference, and limited security or financial records can remain where required.
Your controls
Use the in-app privacy and account controls, and clear device-only state separately when needed.
