1. Clear local result history
Use the clear-history control in ExactFit Settings. This removes the app's local history records, not source images or exported files. Other settings, cached work and entitlement records are separate.
2. Remove app-private storage
Before clearing app storage or uninstalling, copy any exports you want to keep to a separate folder or receiving app and check that the copies open. On Android 7–9 (API 24–28), ExactFit exports are in app-specific storage and can be removed by these actions. Shared gallery exports on Android 10 and later are separate.
In Android Settings, open Apps → ExactFit → Storage and clear app storage, or uninstall ExactFit. Labels vary by device. Android removes the app-private state associated with that action, including local preferences, drafts, history and cache.
This resets your local setup. If you install or use the app again, selected settings and eligible purchases can be established again. This is not a request to delete Google records.
3. Delete exported copies separately
Delete saved images from the gallery, file manager, folder or receiving app where they are stored. If a provider has a trash/recently-deleted area or cloud backup, use that provider's controls too.
ExactFit cannot remotely remove an exported image from your device, a cloud photo provider or someone else's copy.
4. Manage purchases and advertising records
Clearing history, clearing app storage or uninstalling does not cancel a subscription. Manage cancellation and purchase questions in Google Play.
Google purchase records, advertising information and privacy choices are controlled through Google's services. Use Android/Google advertising-ID controls and ExactFit's ad privacy options when available. Local history deletion does not erase provider records.
5. Ask about support messages or privacy
Email zenovaappsteam@gmail.com if you want to ask about support correspondence or information within ZenovaApps' control. Describe the request without including passwords, raw purchase tokens, card details or unnecessary private images.
This page provides instructions only. It does not perform a deletion, submit a form, verify your identity or claim that a remote action succeeded. There is no ExactFit account-deletion endpoint because the app does not create an account.
