Publisher, scope and contact

ZenovaApps publishes FairPick. Privacy questions can be sent to zenovaappsteam@gmail.com. FairPick does not require a FairPick account and does not provide developer-operated cloud sync for wheel content.

This policy covers the FairPick Android app. Google services and the infrastructure provider used for purchase verification process information under their own terms and privacy practices as described below.

Data stored on your device

Wheel names, option labels, weights, repeat rules, selection history, seeds, verification receipts, reminder schedules, appearance settings, ad cadence state and widget settings are stored locally on your device. Team drafts and generated team results are kept for the current app session.

FairPick does not include a separate developer analytics or crash-reporting SDK. Information you enter may still be personal or sensitive, so avoid entering data you do not have permission to use or share.

QR transfer, scanning and system sharing

A wheel QR code can contain its name, options, weights and rules. A copied or shared verification receipt can include the selected result, probability snapshot, commitment, seed and verification data. These transfers begin only after your action. Recipients and external apps may retain their own copies, which FairPick cannot recall.

QR scanning uses Google Code Scanner. Google Play services may download the scanner module and process service diagnostics. FairPick does not receive raw camera frames and does not request broad camera, contacts, microphone, storage or precise-location access for this feature.

Reminders and the home-screen widget

Reminders are disabled until you enable and schedule them. Schedule, quiet-hour, sound and vibration choices are stored locally, and Android controls notification permission. The optional widget stores a local snapshot needed to show its configured wheel and status.

Notification and widget content can be visible to other people who can view your device. You can disable reminders, remove the widget or delete local FairPick data at any time.

Google Mobile Ads and consent choices

The Free experience may use Google Mobile Ads. Google's User Messaging Platform updates consent information and, where required, presents privacy choices before FairPick requests an ad.

Depending on your region, choices, device settings and Google's configuration, Google may process an IP-derived approximate location, advertising or device identifiers, app interactions and diagnostic information for advertising, analytics, fraud prevention, security and compliance. Network transfers use encrypted connections. FairPick does not add wheel text, team labels, seeds, receipts or purchase tokens to ad targeting or ad events. Available privacy choices can be reopened from Settings.

Google Play purchases and verification

Google Play supplies product details and localized prices and processes payment. FairPick can receive a product identifier, purchase state, purchase history and an opaque purchase token to deliver, acknowledge, verify or restore Pro access. FairPick does not receive your full payment-card details.

For a user-initiated purchase or restore, FairPick sends the product identifier and opaque purchase token over HTTPS to a ZenovaApps-operated verifier hosted on Cloudflare Workers. The verifier validates the purchase with Google Play, applies product and package allowlists and does not use a persistent storage binding.

The verifier reduces Cloudflare's source-IP header to a short one-way hash in memory for rate limiting; the raw IP address is not logged or persisted by FairPick. Structured operational logs contain a request identifier, product identifier, shortened purchase-token hash and verification outcome or lifecycle, never the raw purchase token. Those logs remain only for Cloudflare's configured service-log retention window and are not copied to a separate ZenovaApps database. Google Play and Cloudflare may retain service data under their own policies.

Retention, security and deletion

Local content remains until you delete a wheel, use the in-app local-data reset, clear Android app data or uninstall FairPick. Deleting a wheel also removes its related local state and receipts. The local-data reset cancels FairPick reminders and clears app-owned settings and widget content.

FairPick uses Android app-private storage, encrypted HTTPS for network integrations, bounded QR payloads, schema validation, integrity checks and preview-before-import safeguards. No storage or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure. Google and Cloudflare retain and delete service data according to their policies and legal obligations.

Your choices and requests

You can inspect and edit wheels, verify or share receipts, disable reminders, change Android permissions, reopen available ad privacy choices and delete local data. Deleting local data does not cancel a Google Play subscription or purchase and cannot recall copies you already shared.

Because FairPick has no account or developer cloud database for wheel content, ZenovaApps cannot remotely locate or erase data that exists only on your device.
