FairPick Terms of Use

The service

FairPick provides local decision wheels, visible probabilities, repeat controls, balanced-team tools, QR transfer and verifiable selection receipts. Core decision features are designed to work without an account. Some optional functions depend on Android, Google Play, network access or other platform services.

Acceptable use

Use FairPick lawfully and respect other people's privacy and rights. Do not distribute unlawful or harmful content, misrepresent odds or verified results, interfere with the app or its services, evade purchase controls, or use FairPick to operate a regulated contest, lottery or gambling activity without determining and meeting every rule that applies to you.

Randomized decisions and suitability

FairPick selects from the eligible options and weights shown for a draw and can create a receipt for later verification. Randomness and verification do not make a decision correct, safe, lawful or suitable. Do not use the app as the sole basis for medical, legal, financial, employment, safety-critical, emergency or regulated decisions. You remain responsible for the options, weights, rules and use of each result.

Your content and intellectual property

You remain responsible for and keep any rights you have in wheel names, option text and other content you enter. You may export and share that content and FairPick receipts only when you have the right to do so. The FairPick software, branding, interface and original assets remain protected by applicable intellectual-property rights.

Purchases, subscriptions and Lifetime Pro

When offered, prices, billing periods and eligibility are the current localized values shown by Google Play. Monthly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically until canceled in Google Play. Lifetime Pro is a non-consumable entitlement associated with the applicable Google Play account; it is not a promise that every third-party or external service will remain available forever.

Purchase verification and restoration may require Play connectivity. Cancellation, refund, tax, renewal and payment rules are governed by Google Play and applicable law. Manage or cancel a subscription through Google Play. Mandatory consumer rights are not limited by these terms.

Ads and rewarded trials

The Free version may show a library banner and limited interstitial ads at natural breaks. A rewarded theme trial is requested only after your explicit choice and is temporary for the current app session. Ad availability is not guaranteed. Verified Pro access is intended to suppress FairPick ad requests.

Availability and changes

Local core features may work offline, while QR scanner modules, ads, consent forms, Billing, purchase verification, restoration and external links can depend on Android, Google Play, network access, device support or third-party availability. Features may be fixed, secured, adapted or discontinued when reasonably necessary, subject to applicable consumer rights.

Responsibility and limitation

Use the app with appropriate judgment and keep copies of information you cannot afford to lose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided without a guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for a particular purpose. The publisher is not responsible for decisions you make, content you share or third-party service failures. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
