ProofCam Terms of Use
By using ProofCam, you accept these Terms of Use. If you do not accept them, do not use the app. ProofCam is a tool that helps organize and report field records.
License and scope
You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable and non-exclusive license to use ProofCam for personal or commercial field work. You may not copy, resell or misuse the app, its brand or its security controls.
User responsibility
You are responsible for obtaining permissions and relevant consent for capture, audio, location, signatures and sharing; using content lawfully; maintaining workplace safety; and backing up critical records. Verify date, time, GPS, address and user text before sharing. A ProofCam output alone is not a notarization, official certificate or guarantee of legal authenticity.
Free tier and Pro
Core project, capture, editing, before/after, reporting and sharing flows are available in the Free tier. The Free tier may show ads and add ProofCam attribution to a rendered share copy or PDF. Pro removes ads and that attribution while the entitlement is active; original user media is not modified.
Purchases and subscriptions
Price, tax and currency are shown by Google Play at purchase. Monthly and yearly subscriptions may renew automatically until cancelled; manage or cancel them in Google Play subscription settings. Cancellation may leave access active until the end of the paid period. Lifetime Pro is a one-time, non-consumable product. Restore may require the same Google account and internet access. Refunds and payments follow Google Play terms.
Third-party services and sharing
Google Play, Google advertising and consent services, and any WhatsApp, email or other sharing app you select apply their own terms. Naming them does not claim a partnership or endorsement. Retention and use of an external copy are governed by you, the recipient and the selected service.
Availability and limitation of liability
The app is provided with reasonable care, but uninterrupted or error-free operation of cameras, sensors, GPS, networks, device storage, Google services or third-party apps is not guaranteed. Independently verify and back up critical evidence, coordinates and reports. To the extent permitted by mandatory law, liability is excluded for indirect loss, business loss or damage caused by external services.
